Arrival to Moscow. Transfer from the airport to the place of accommodation.
To travel to Russia without visiting Moscow - means to see nothing in Russia. This city is really the city of contrasts. It has seen military parades on Red Square, KGB, Lenin and Solzhenitsyn. It is home for Bolshoy Theatre, Tretyakov Gallery and Pushkin Museum. History, art, religion, politics, adventure, romance, night life - whatever you are looking for, you will find it in Moscow.

DAY 2 - MOSCOW
Breakfast at the hotel.
Optional sightseeing:
Moscow City Tour - main streets, squares and places of interest: the Tverskaya street the most animated and saucy, the former headquarters of the KGB, Russian White House, the Red Square, the Cathedral of St. Basil the Blessed, the Cathderal of Christ the Saviour, the Bolshoy Theatre, etc.
Moscow Kremlin and Kremlin Cathedrals - the Kremlin has always been perceived as a symbol of power and might of the Russian land. Each era of Russian history lefts it’s architectural mark on the Kremlin; within the Kremlin walls there are many architectural monuments, churches, cathedrals, museums, etc.

DAY 3 - MOSCOW
Breakfast at the hotel.
Optional sightseeing:
Kolomenskoye Estate Museum - a Great Princes’ mansion in the XIV-XVII centures. It is the unique art, historical, architectural and nature-landscape museum-reserve, situated in the South region of Moscow. Nowadays it is a remarkable place to enjoy Russian folklore performance such as wedding-game, skomorokhs-buffoons and songs.
Departure for Irkutsk at 23:24; train «Baikal», number 010I, Moscow-Irkutsk
The train goes via the following destinations: Moscow - Vladimir - Nizhny Novgorod - Yaroslavl - Perm - Yekaterinburg - Tyumen - Omsk - Novosibirsk - Krasnoyarsk - Irkutsk.
DAY 4,5,6 - ON THE TRAIN
DAY 7 - IRKUTSK
Arrival to Irkutsk. Transfer to the place of accommodation.
Often called the “Paris of Siberia”, Irkutsk city is one of the oldest and most charming cities in the country. Irkutsk today is a reflection of mixed cultures - traders from the east and exiles from the west. Irkutsk is a major stop on the Trans-Siberian railroad because it is situated not far from the world’s deepest lake, Lake Baikal.
DAY 8 - LAKE BAIKAL
Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out. Transfer to Listvyanka, a village on the shore of the Lake Baikal. Optional sightseeing on the way: Taltsy museum, Baikal museum. Accommodation and overnight.
DAY 9 - LAKE BAIKAL
Breakfast at the hotel. Optional sightseeing: a walk to the Lake Baikal, Hiking, Trip to the Chersky Railway via cable railway, Circum-Baikal Railroad. Overnight.
DAY 10 - LAKE BAIKAL
Breakfast. Transfer to the railway station in Irkutsk. Departure for Khabarovsk with train «Sibir», number 008N, Irkutsk-Khabarovsk. Distance en-route: 3340km.
DAY 11 - ON THE TRAIN
DAY 12 - KHABAROVSK
Arrival to Khabarovsk. Transfer from the railway station to the place of accommodation. The history and development of Khabarovsk is owed to General-Governor of East Siberia, Murav’ev-Amursky. He became known as the ‘father’ of Khabarovsk because he established this new military settlement on the Amur River. The Governor called the new outpost Khabarovka in honor of one of the remarkable “pioneers” of the Amur land, Erofei Khabarov. For quite a long time the city remained a small port on the Amur River and a transportation spot of the long Siberian Way. Optional sightseeing: City tour of Khabarovsk. Overnight.
DAY 13 - KHABAROVSK
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the railway station. Departure for Vladivostok with train «Ocean», number 006E, Khabarovsk-Vladivostok. Distance en-route: 766km.
DAY 14 - VLADIVOSTOK
Arrival to Vladivostok. Transfer from the railway station to the place of accommodation. Vladivostok (”Ruler of the East”) is often compared to San Francisco due to the many hills and ocean views, and is one of the most beautiful cities in Russia. As one of only four major seaports, Vladivostok is Russia’s window to Asia, as it is located less than 100km east of the Chinese border, and just across the main Japanese Island of Honshu. Home base to the Russian Pacific Fleet, the city was closed to all non-Soviets from 1958 until 1991. Stay in Vladivostok for 3 nights. Optional sightseeing: Submarine in Vladivostok.
